Since 2011, Sweden’s STA Road ferries has carried out a customer survey that focuses on how well the country’s ferry routs are working. The latest survey was open for responses during June and August of 2015 and the result can be downloaded from the STA Road ferries’ website.

The IVR provides our client with the option to access round-the-clock timetable and disturbance information as well as being redirected to an employee from a specific ferry route or at the Swedish Transport Administration’s customer service department. The latest customer satisfaction survey showed that customers are increasingly more satisfied with the solution that Voice Provider has been supplying them with since 2004.
