Voice Provider AB, established provider of speech based customer service solutions in the Nordic region, has launched Voice Provider UK&I, providing service and support to UK and Irish customers. The new company is a subsidiary of Voice Provider AB and part of global supplier Addnode Group. Voice Provider is now designing solutions with companies in the UK and Ireland, to deflect from live agent time, reduce operating costs and provide improved customer experience.
Adrian Sparks is appointed Managing Director of the new company, moving from a recent role at Capita Plc, leading provider of technology-enabled business process management and outsourcing solutions. Adrian has previous experience of delivering Nordic owned cloud based technology in the UK, having been Managing Director of Norwegian owned Intelecom UK for 8 years until 2012. Adrian commented: “Voice Provider joins the UK&I at an exciting time in UK customer service. Customers want to engage through the channel of their choice, at a time of their choice and expect immediate, high quality service, consistently delivered across all channels. Providing self-service and intelligent ‘bots’ within live agent channels delivers this immediacy, efficiency and consistency. Live agent time can be focused on core value areas and the customer never has to wait or plough through menu options.”
Bengt Persson, CEO of Voice Provider Sweden AB added: “The UK market accounts for nearly 50% of the European customer service market with over 1 million customer service agents. Voice Provider is ready to supply the UK market with speech led, multichannel solutions built on leading technologies. Voice Provider has almost 20 years proven experience and expertise in the design, build and delivery of speech led solutions for customer service – such expertise is not widely available and Voice Provider has much to offer the UK market. Discussions are already underway with customers across a range of industry sectors and we are confident that Voice Provider UK&I gives our customers the direct support they require from an integrated services provider”.
